Lotte Eilskov Jensen (Denmark, 1972) is a neerlandica and philosopher. She works as a professor of Dutch literary and cultural history in the department of Dutch language and culture at Radboud University Nijmegen. She is currently working on research on disasters and Dutch identity formation with an NWO Vici grant.

Lotte Jensen investigates how Dutch identity has been formed over the centuries. She studies cultural-historical sources on peace and war and focuses specifically on the impact of disasters, such as floods, famines and epidemics. She also looks at the position of the Netherlands in Europe.
