Expert lectures: Societal Aspects of Climate Change
On 13, 18 and 25 May 2022 LIAS organised three expert lectures in the framework of the project 'Societal aspects of climate change'. In the Hollands College Robert Jeszke (Poland), Florian Kaiser (Germany) and Lindsay Bremner (UK) were speaking successively about the role energy conversion, behavioural change and big cities play in the climate issue.
These lectures are followed by a panel discussion and were open to the public.

'Can we Influence Behavioural Change' with Prof. Florian Kaiser (Universität Magdeburg, Germany), respondents Ángela Inés Cadena, Fekadu Beyene Aleka & Siegfried Dewitte
'Climate Change and Urbanisation' with Prof. Lindsay Bremner (Westminster University, UK), respondents Luciana Travassos & Hilde Heynen.
The intention is to gather scientific insights about major societal challenges in LIAS on the basis of international and interdisciplinary consultation.
